How do we get started?

With a message or a phone call. We arrange a short, no-obligation meeting — in person or online — to understand what you need and tell you plainly how we can help. From the first call you speak with a senior member of the team, not a switchboard.

I want to change accountant — is moving my file difficult?

Not for you. With your authorisation we contact your current accountant, collect your books and supporting documents, and manage the handover with the tax authorities. We make sure nothing is lost, no gap opens up, and every deadline stays covered during the move.

How are fees calculated?

On the size of your business and the scope of the work. You always receive a transparent, written quote up front — no hidden charges and no surprises later. If your needs change, we talk it through with you first.

How do we stay in touch, and how quickly do you reply?

You have a dedicated contact who knows your file — the same person each time, not someone different on every call. We reply to emails and calls within one business day, and reach out proactively before every important deadline.

Do you work with foreign clients, and in English?

Yes. We serve individuals and companies based or invested abroad, and cover the full range of services in both Greek and English, including cross-border and international matters. Correspondence, reporting and meetings happen in whichever language you prefer.

Is my information kept confidential?
